Every so often comes along an application which is incredibly useful, and once you start using it you see why. The Font Thing is a freeware program for managing TrueType fonts in Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0. It enables you to browse installed and uninstalled fonts, view detailed information about each font, print font samples, install or uninstall any number of fonts at once, load (and unload) any number of fonts for temporary use, and a lot more. It's one of my favorite applications out there.

Creating looped soundtracks is esy with ACID. It has some shortcomings from it's bigger brother ACID, especially with the ability to only export 20 times, but it is still a blast to work with. You also have to register the product to use it.

There is only one that I know of where you can get really top notch royalty-free music for soundtracks for FREE. www.freeplaymusic.com/ Important thing about this site is that they have music available in all sorts of genres, and lengths.
