Hi,
I would start out by identifying why we absolutely need this to support students and learning. Terri Manning has gathered so much research in this area and was just on "Charlotte Talks" radio. I am sure she would be willing to share her statistics about CPCC's the 18-22 demographic's dissatisfaction with online learning in its current format. Then show the demo class and end with the overall statistics. As my daughter says, "Don't TMI." Too Much Tech Info. I think it will get an overwhelmingly positive response.
